Anotace

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the fundamental problems associated with decision-making in financial management and investment decisions. Lectures contain the principles and methods of short-term financing, cash-flow management and managing the company’s liquidity. The subject of the teaching is the area of corporate investments and their financing, capital budgeting methods, crisis management and fundamentals of financial analysis of the company. The area of financial planning, crisis financing and financing from European funds is also covered.
