Anotace
The goal of the course is to learn about individual areas of company analysis, its types, sources, methodical procedures, indicators, and criteria. The content of the lectures includes presentation of financial analysis methods: comparative and common size analysis of financial indicators from financial reports, ratio analysis, and complex methods and models (DuPont method, Altman Z-score, EVA method, rating). In seminars, student teams apply these methods on a complex example of financial analysis of a particular company and defend its result.
